		<description><![CDATA[I suggest everyone go read the latest Law Commission of Ontario report. It states some judges are not familiar with the Family Law Act, neither are many lawyers. How the system was designed not for actual divorces but discourage it. That condones violence then. 
When the Chief Justice Winkler this week also said the system should not be fine tuned anymore but redone, then that speaks volunes. if the courts and others think most people will settle they are out of thier minds.]]></description>
